While our first official whisky release is still aging to perfection, we just couldn’t wait any longer for a wee first taste. Introducing Maple Whisky Liqueur, a sweet and sultry sipper that is sure to become your newest Wiseacre obsession. We started with a specially-curated blend of our earliest single malt whisky barrels, and then added some old fashioned Canadian magic. That of course being maple syrup – hand-harvested from a century old sugar bush in Grey County, ON. The family at Love Home Farm remain dedicated to the traditional syrup-maker’s craft: collecting sap in buckets, visiting each tree daily during the season to gather the sap, and boiling in the farm’s original sugarshack over a fragrant wood fire.
